The content of this website — including product descriptions, specifications, configurations and prices — is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Availability of NVIDIA, AMD and other manufacturer platforms depends on OEM allocation, export-control regulations and lead times in force at the date of order.

Prices shown (including any “from $…” starting prices) are indicative, in US dollars, exclusive of VAT, customs duties, shipping, insurance and any local taxes. Final pricing is confirmed only in a written proposal issued after a configuration request has been received and reviewed.

Submitting the configuration-request form does not create a contract. It is a request for information and quotation. A contract is formed only when COMMTRADE LTD issues a written offer and the customer accepts it in writing (including by purchase order and counter-signed proforma invoice).

High-end AI accelerators (including NVIDIA H100 / H200 / B200 and AMD MI300X / MI325X-class products) are subject to export-control regimes including U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). COMMTRADE LTD reserves the right to refuse or condition any configuration request based on destination, end-user, end-use, sanctions screening and applicable licences. The customer is responsible for compliance with import laws of the destination country.

Warranty terms (typically 1–3 years depending on OEM and destination) are confirmed in the written proposal. Warranty conditions are governed by the manufacturer’s terms applicable in the destination country.

All trademarks, product names and logos on this website (including NVIDIA, AMD, the COMMTRADE LTD brand and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, COMMTRADE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
